You have two accounts. One is to post jobs, one is to apply.
Your personal account used to apply for jobs is made with your personal email. Your employer account is made with your school email. Your AD can add you to be able to post jobs.
If you are logged in as a Job seeker, in your personal coach account, you will see "My resumes, My Applications, Saved Jobs, and Account Settings" when you click "My account" in the upper right of your screen.
If you are logged in as an employer, you will see "Dashboard, Job Postings, Invoices, and Company Settings" When you click "My Account" In the upper right of your screen.
