Why do I need to use my school email to post jobs? / Why can’t I use my school email for my personal account?
If you ever leave that district, you will lose access to your school email.
- > If your school email is tied to your personal account, you will lose access to your personal account.
- > If your school email is tied to your job posting account, you don’t have to worry about still being attached to that district’s employer account if you leave, because you won’t have access to your school email anymore.
The best way to keep jobs and employer accounts secure and organized is to keep them in the same district account and for everyone to use school emails.
- Your athletic director should be the main user that can add you and other employers to the district account.
- > For security and your convenience, this must be done with a school issued email address.
- > If, when attempting to log in with your school email address you receive a message stating: “email already in use”, email help@mycoachingtree.com with your name, email and district name and we’ll resolve the problem for you.
- > If you are logged in with your school email and it says “You do not have permission to post jobs”, email help@mycoachingtree.com and we’ll resolve the problem for you.
